研究目的:

探究经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦提升术前的不同施耐德膜厚度,对手术成功率,术中穿孔率,术后种植体周围骨增量效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

The study will explore the impact of different preoperative Schneider membrane thicknesses on the surgical success rate, intraoperative perforation rate, and postoperative bone incrementation around the implant.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)患者年龄大于18岁,一般健康状况良好。(2)拔牙后愈合时间至少为3个月。(3)上颌后牙区缺牙1-2颗,且缺牙区距上颌窦底的骨量≥2mm。(4)缺牙区的颊舌侧剩余骨量至少为1mm。(5)能获得完整的病历、临床及影像资料

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients older than 18 years of age with good general health status.(2) At least 3 months of healing had occurred after tooth extraction.(3) Absence of one or two teeth in maxillary posterior region where bone availability to the sinus floor was > 2 mm.(4) The buccal-lingual side of the edentulous area had at least 1 millimeter bone width.(5) The complete medical records, clinical and imaging data can be obtained

排除标准:

(1)有种植手术全身禁忌症的患者;(2)患有未控制的严重牙周病的患者;(3)患者术前有与上颌窦病变相关的临床症状;(4)吸烟者,每日吸烟量超过10支;(5)2年内接受过双磷酸盐治疗或颈部放射治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

The exclusion criteria were as follows:(1) Patients with systemic contraindications to implant surgery.(2) Patients with severe uncontrolled periodontal disease(3) The patients had clinical symptoms related to maxillary sinus pathology preoperatively.(4) Smokers of more than 10 cigarettes/day;(5) Patients who received bisphosphonate therapy or neck radiation therapy within 2 year.
