探讨艾司氯胺酮在儿童腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的应用，以及其对颅内压的潜在影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application of esketamine in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in children and its potential effect on intracranial pressure.

纳入标准：

年龄：2-14岁的儿童患者。 - 性别：不限。 - 体重：标准体重的儿童。 - 健康状况：美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）I级。

Inclusion criteria

Age: Pediatric patients aged 2-14 years. - Gender: unlimited. - Weight: Standard weight for children. - Health status: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I.

排除标准：

已知肺部疾病、早产史、困难插管史、神经肌肉疾病、或其他可能影响颅内压的状况。

Exclusion criteria：

Lung disease, history of preterm birth, difficult intubation, neuromuscular disease, or other conditions that may affect intracranial pressure.
