研究目的：

1、探索PPF术对不同类型难治性青光眼治疗效果，筛选出优势的适应证； 2、论证PPF术的安全性，探讨PPF术中及术后可能出现的并发症以及处理措施； 3、制定具体的手术操作规范及围手术期专家共识。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the therapeutic effect of PPF on different types of refractory glaucoma, and screen out the advantageous indications; 2. To demonstrate the safety of PPF operation, and to discuss the possible complications during and after PPF operation and management measures; 3. Develop specific surgical norms and perioperative expert consensus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

各种常规滤过性抗青光眼手术预后不佳，辅以最大耐受量的抗青光眼药物治疗依然不能将眼压控制在正常范围，以及常规滤过性抗青光眼手术失败的各类“难治性青光眼”。包括但不局限于： 1、新生血管性青光眼(增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、眼缺血综合征)； 2、各种原因导致角膜内皮细胞数量进行性下降或者失代偿风险高的患者。包括：曾行多次行内眼手术的患者、穿透性角膜移植术后继发青光眼的患者、虹膜角膜内皮综合征(ICE)继发青光眼、Axenfeld-Rieger综合征、角膜内皮不良相关疾病（包括Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良、后部多形性角膜营养不良、先天性遗传性角膜内皮营养不良等）。 3、原发性或继发性急性闭角型青光眼，眼压高居不下(≥2周)，术前评估患者视功能面临严重下降风险、角膜水肿，前节实施手术发生角膜内皮失代偿、恶性青光眼风险高的患者。 4、真性小眼球 5、无晶体或人工晶体植入后青光眼 6、葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼 7、外伤性青光眼 8、恶性青光眼 9、外引流手术失败的上述各类青光眼

Inclusion criteria

All kinds of "refractory glaucoma" with poor prognosis of routine filtering anti-glaucoma surgery combined with maximum tolerated amount of anti-glaucoma drugs still can not control intraocular pressure in normal range and failure of routine filtering anti-glaucoma surgery Including but not limited to: 1. neovascular glaucoma (proliferative diabetic retinopathy retinal vein occlusion ocular ischemia syndrome); 2.Patients with progressive decline in corneal endothelial cell number or high risk of decompensation due to various reasons Including: patients who have undergone multiple intraocular surgery, patients with glaucoma after penetrating keratoplasty, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome (ICE), secondary glaucoma, Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome, corneal endothelial dystrophy related diseases (including Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy, posterior pleomorphic corneal dystrophy, congenital hereditary corneal endothelial dystrophy, etc.) 3.Patients with primary or secondary acute angle-closure glaucoma with high intraocular pressure (≥ 2 weeks) Preoperative evaluation of patients with severe decline in visual function. Patients with corneal edema and corneal endothelial decompensation after anterior segment surgery have high risk of malignant glaucoma 4.true microphthalmia 5.glaucoma after aphakia or intraocular lens implantation 6.Glaucoma secondary to 6 uveitis 7.traumatic glaucoma 8.Malignant glaucoma 9.All kinds of glaucoma mentioned above who failed external drainage surgery

排除标准：

1、常规抗青光眼手术预后疗效确切的原发性开角型青光眼及闭角型青光眼 2、先天性青光眼 3、未经手术治疗的色素性青光眼 4、已存在玻璃体机化，有潜在牵拉性视网膜脱离风险 5、玻璃体切除术后水眼或硅油眼 6、高度近视等原因可能导致玻璃体液化明显的患者 7、绝对期青光眼 8、拒绝签署知情同意书者 9、不能依从本研究随访要求

Exclusion criteria：

1.Primary open-angle glaucoma and angle-closure glaucoma with definite prognosis after routine anti-glaucoma surgery 2.congenital glaucoma 3.pigmented glaucoma without surgical treatment 4.There is a potential risk of retinal detachment due to vitreous organization 5.water eye or silicone oil eye after vitrectomy 6.patients with obvious vitreous liquefaction due to high myopia and other reasons 7.absolute glaucoma 8.Those who refuse to sign informed consent 9.can't comply with the follow-up requirements of this study

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1) 数据的收集由本研究的主要研究人员完成，准确、及时、完整的收集资料。 2) 数据录入前的核查工作由有资格的核查人员完成，有问题及时反馈和质疑。 3) 数据的编码、数据库的建立、数据的录入、整理、审核和锁定由专人完成。 4) 纸质CRF锁于临床研究专用资料柜，由科研护士负责保管，留作将来科研。数据由专人录入Excel表。所有数据只有授权的本课题科研人员可以获得并查看。 5) 数据保存于主要研究者的移动存储设备，设立密码。 6) 研究所用的电脑设置防火墙，防止未授权的人员查看，不能与互联网连接。
