Objectives of Study：

Using machine learning algorithms in conjunction with symptoms, clinical examinations, and ocular inspection images, a coronary heart disease risk prediction model is constructed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《2019年 ESC慢性冠状动脉综合征诊断和管理指南》诊断标准；②年龄大于18岁；③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the "2019 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Coronary Syndromes"; ② Be over 18 years old; ③ Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①诊断为急性心肌梗死（4周内）、急性冠状动脉综合征、严重心律失常伴有血流动力学改变及近4周接受过冠脉血运重建的患者；②严重的肝功能不全、严重的电解质紊乱、严重感染、恶性肿瘤等或其他无法控制的全身性疾病者；③妊娠或准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女；④有精神病史者、传染病患者；⑤有眼部疾病者；⑥需要收集的临床数据资料记录不全。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (within 4 weeks), acute coronary syndrome, severe arrhythmia accompanied by hemodynamic changes, or who have undergone coronary revascularization within the past 4 weeks; ② Patients with severe liver dysfunction, severe electrolyte imbalance, severe infection, malignant tumors, or other uncontrollable systemic diseases; ③ Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant; ④ Patients with a history of mental illness or infectious diseases; ⑤ Patients with ocular diseases; ⑥ Incomplete records of clinical data that need to be collected.
