研究目的：

1、了解维持性血液透析患者营养素养以及营养状况现状，了解患者现存的营养问题。 2、从维持性血液透析患者的角度了解其对营养的需求。 3、探索基于知信行理论的营养健康教育对维持性血液透析患者的营养素养以及营养状况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the nutritional literacy and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and understand the existing nutritional problems of patients. 2. Understand the nutritional needs of maintenance hemodialysis patients from their perspective. 3. To explore the impact of nutrition and health education based on the theory of knowledge, belief and action on the nutritional literacy and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究为随机对照试验，以成年维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象，以营养不良-炎症评分以及血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、尿素氮、血钾、血钙、血磷等临床检查指标评定患者的营养状况，使用终末期肾病（ESKD）透析患者营养素养评价量表作为营养素养的评价工具，采用InBody S10对患者人体成分进行分析，再通过整合文献、指南、共识等，再结合专家访谈法对具体实施细则进行补充、修改、完善，然后使用均数、标准差、构成比等方法描述研究对象的一般人口学特征、身体测量指标、实验室检查指标等信息，最用使用软件进行统计学分析，比较试验组与对照组在干预前后的营养素养及营养状况的差异是否具有统计学意义，探讨基于知信行理论的营养健康教育对 MHD 患者的营养素养、营养状况的影响，从而为快速、有效地提高 MHD 患者健康状况提供参考。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study was a randomized controlled trial. Adult maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected as the research objects. The nutritional status of the patients was assessed by the dystrophy-inflammation score, serum albumin, hemoglobin, urea nitrogen, blood potassium, blood calcium, blood phosphorus and other clinical examination indicators. The nutritional literacy evaluation scale of dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease (ESKD) was used as an evaluation tool for nutritional literacy. InBody S10 was used to analyze the patient's body composition, and the detailed implementation rules were supplemented, modified and improved by integrating literature, guidelines, consensus, etc., combined with expert interviews, and then the general demographic characteristics, body measurement indicators, laboratory examination indicators and other information of the study object were described by means of mean, standard deviation, component ratio and other methods. The software was used for statistical analysis to compare whether the differences in nutritional literacy and nutritional status between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention were statistically significant, and to explore the impact of nutritional health education based on the theory of knowledge and action on the nutritional literacy and nutritional status of MHD patients, so as to improve the health status of MHD patients quickly and effectively. 

纳入标准：

1、行血液透析≥3 个月，年龄≥18 岁； 2、每周透析 2 - 3 次； 3、近两周内无严重创伤和手术； 4、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hemodialysis ≥ 3 months, age ≥ 18 years, 2. Dialysis 2-3 times a week, 3. No serious trauma or surgery in the past two weeks, 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、合并严重并发症； 2、痴呆及各种精神病； 3、言语沟通及书面交流障碍； 4、档案资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious complications, 2. Dementia and various mental illnesses, 3. Verbal communication and written communication disorders, 4. The dossier is incomplete.
