研究目的：

对角膜屈光手术前后脉络膜的变化进行全方位的比较，分析不同屈光度以及行不同手术方式的患者其脉络膜厚度和脉络膜血流密度的变化。评估角膜屈光手术对近视患者脉络膜的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Comprehensive comparison of choroidal changes before and after corneal refractive surgery, and analysis of changes in choroidal thickness and choroidal blood flow density in myopic patients with different refractive powers and different surgical methods. To evaluate the effects of corneal refractive surgery on the choroid in myopic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）患者本人有摘镜愿望，对手术效果有合理的期望值； 2）年龄18-30周岁； 3）屈光状态稳定,两年内每年近视屈光度数增长不超过0.5D； 4）等效球镜度-3.00~-10.00D,柱镜度数≤2.00D,屈光参差＜2.50D； 5）瞳孔直径：明瞳≤4cm，暗瞳≤8cm； 6）眼压 10~21mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）； 7）停戴软性角膜接触镜至少10天、硬性角膜接触镜至少1个月,角膜塑形镜停戴３个月以上

Inclusion criteria

1)The patient wishes to remove the spectacles and has reasonable expectations for the surgical effect; 2)Aged 18-30 years old; 3)The refractive status is stable, and the annual myopic refractive increase within two years does not exceed 0.5D; 4)spherical equivalent ranging from ?3.00 to ?10.00 D, cylinder power ≤2.00D, anisometropia <2.50D; 5)Pupil diameter: bright pupil ≤4cm, dark pupil ≤8cm; 6)Intraocular pressure 10~21mmHg (1mmHg= 0.133kPa); 7)Stop wearing soft contact lenses for at least 10 days, hard contact lenses for at least 1 month, and stop wearing orthokeratology lenses for more than 3 months

排除标准：

1 ） 已确诊的圆锥角膜或其他类型角膜扩张； 2 ） 眼部活动性炎症反应和感染； 3 ） 角膜厚度无法满足设定的切削深度：中央角膜厚度＜450um、预期切削后角膜瓣下剩余角膜中央基质厚度＜280um、预期术后剩余角膜中央基质厚度小于术前角膜厚度50%； 4 ） 重度干眼； 5 ） 严重的眼附属器病变：如眼睑缺损、变形等； 6 ） 尚未控制的青光眼； 7 ） 影响视力的白内障； 8 ） 眼底异常，进行过眼底手术； 9 ） 未控制的全身结缔组织疾病及自身免疫性疾病； 10）焦虑、抑郁等精神症状

Exclusion criteria：

1)Confirmed keratoconus or other types of corneal ectasia; 2)Active inflammatory reaction and infection in the eye; 3)Corneal thickness cannot meet the set cutting depth: central corneal thickness <450um, remaining cornea under the corneal flap after expected cutting The central stromal thickness is <280um, and the remaining central corneal stromal thickness after surgery is expected to be less than 50% of the preoperative corneal thickness; 4)Severe dry eye; 5)Severe eye adnexal lesions: such as eyelid defects, deformation, etc.; 6)Uncontrolled glaucoma ; 7)Cataracts affecting vision; 8)Fundus abnormalities and fundus surgery; 9)Uncontrolled systemic connective tissue diseases and autoimmune diseases; 10)Mental symptoms such as anxiety and depression
