研究目的：

（1）明确益生菌动物双歧杆菌乳亚种ProSci-246干预组肥胖儿童与安慰剂组肥胖儿童肠道菌群在组成、数量和比例上发生的变化。 （2）实施益生菌动物双歧杆菌乳亚种ProSci-246干预后，检测肥胖儿童血脂、尿酸、血糖等水平、通过人体成分分析、体脂率与BMI变化，明确益生菌对肥胖儿童健康指标改善作用。 （3）益生菌动物双歧杆菌乳亚种ProSci-246干预后，肥胖儿童肠道菌群在组成、数量和比例上发生的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Clarify the changes in the composition, quantity, and proportion of gut microbiota in obese children between the probiotic animal Bifidobacterium lactis subsp. lactis ProSci-246 intervention group and the placebo group. (2) After implementing the intervention of probiotic animal Bifidobacterium lactis subsp. lactis ProSci-246, the levels of blood lipids, uric acid, blood glucose, etc. in obese children were detected. Through analysis of body composition, changes in body fat percentage and BMI, the improvement effect of probiotics on health indicators in obese children was clarified. (3) Changes in composition, quantity, and proportion of gut microbiota in obese children after intervention with probiotic animal Bifidobacterium lactis subsp. ProSci-246.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选取6~17岁的肥胖儿童200例，随机分为2组，饮食干预+安慰剂组与饮食干预+动物双歧杆菌乳亚种ProSci-246组，两组儿童根据生长发育的特点分为6-10岁组、11-13岁组与14-17岁组。饮食干预组按照医学减重流程进行饮食干预，出具个体化减重方案，益生菌+饮食干预组，在饮食干预组基础上进行3-6个月持续的益生菌干预，观察肥胖儿童的身体指标包括体质指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、体脂百分率（FBP%）等，以及生化指标包括血糖、血脂、尿酸等。明确益生菌干预在儿童肥胖中的作用，并发现其肠道菌群变化及可能的代谢途径。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Select 200 obese children aged 6-17 years old and randomly divide them into two groups: dietary intervention+placebo group and dietary intervention+animal bifidobacterium subsp. lactis ProSci-246 group. The two groups of children are divided into 6-10 year old group, 11-13 year old group, and 14-17 year old group based on their growth and development characteristics. The dietary intervention group received dietary intervention according to the medical weight loss process, and an individualized weight loss plan was developed. The probiotic+dietary intervention group received continuous probiotic intervention for 3-6 months on the basis of the dietary intervention group. The physical indicators of obese children, including body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, hip circumference, waist hip ratio, body fat percentage (FBP%), as well as biochemical indicators such as blood glucose, blood lipids, uric acid, etc., were observed. Clarify the role of probiotic intervention in childhood obesity and identify changes in gut microbiota and potential metabolic pathways. 

纳入标准：

1.6-17岁儿童青少年，性别不限 2.体质指数（BMI）符合该年龄段肥胖标准 3.监护人按照规定签署知情同意书，能接受患者的治疗方法。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children and adolescents aged 6-17, regardless of gender 2. Body mass index (BMI) meets the obesity criteria for this age group 3. The guardian shall sign an informed consent form in accordance with regulations and be able to accept the patient's treatment method.

排除标准：

1. 非酒精性脂肪肝等消化系统疾病、胰岛素抵抗等肥胖相关症状 2.近3个月有重大饮食调整或极端饮食习惯 3.以及近3个月长期服用抗生素或益生菌制剂者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non alcoholic fatty liver and other digestive system diseases, as well as obesity related symptoms such as insulin resistance 2. Significant dietary adjustments or extreme eating habits in the past 3 months 3. And those who have been taking antibiotics or probiotic preparations for a long time in the past 3 months
