探究前交叉韧带损伤后患者膝关节内软骨细胞衰老积累程度与骨关节炎的进展关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Discovery the relationship between senescennt cells accumulation in cartilage after anterior cruciate ligament

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 患者年龄5～70岁，性别不限；
② 磁共振提示前交叉韧带损伤患者，Lachman试验和前抽屉试验松弛2度以上；
③关节屈膝可达120°；
④受试者同意参加本试验，并签署“受试者知情同意书”；
⑤患者愿意密切配合医生制订的严格的术后康复程序签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 5-70, both gender;
② Anterior cruciate ligament tear verified by MRI. Laxity of lachman and anterior drawer was over class II;
③ Flexion of knee is over 120 degree;
④ Patients are willing to attend the test and sign informed consent;
⑤ Patients are willing to cooperate with doctor.

排除标准：

① 精神、心理异常者；
② 患者过于肥胖，体重指数>35；
③ 多组韧带损伤；
④不能或不愿意接受康复训练者；
⑤ 有严重的关节强直或关节纤维化者；
⑥ 过去六个月内接受过膝关节开放手术者；
⑦ 血钙/游离钙异常，具有严重的原发性心血管病变、肺脏疾病、内分泌及代谢性疾病或影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤或艾滋病，研究者认为不宜入选者；
⑧ 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女，或计划于试验期间受孕者，试验前尿HCG检查结果阳性者，月经期妇女；
⑨ 其他急慢性疾病，研究者认为不宜手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Mental disorder;
② Obesity, BMI > 35;
③ Multiple ligament tear;
④ Unwilling to attend covery training;
⑤ Severe ankylosis or ankle fibrillation;
⑥ Open knee surgery in the past six months;
⑦ Blood Calcium / free calcium abnormalities, severe primary cardiovascular, pulmonary, endocrine, tumor or HIV disease,
⑧ Female in gestation period, breastfeeding, pregnancy in schedule, HCG positive in urine or menses;
⑨ Other disease which is not appropriate for surgery determined by surgeon.
