探究角膜塑形镜佩戴者1年的眼轴变化与不同区域、不同范围视网膜离焦量的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the associations between retinal defocus of different regions and one-year axial elongation in children undergoing orthokeratology treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄:8～15岁 (2)睫麻后球镜度数在–0.75到–6.00D之间； (3)散光轴在180±30，则度数需≤2.00D，若轴向在其他方向，则度数需≤0.50D。 (4)最佳矫正视力:20/20及以上 (5)无隐形眼镜配戴禁忌症

Inclusion criteria

(1)age between 8 and 15 years (2)cycloplegic spherical power from -6.00 to -0.75 diopters (3)astigmatism no greater than 2.00 D with axes at 180° ± 30° or no greater than 0.50 D with axes at other direction (4)best-corrected visual acuity no worse than 20/20 (5)no contraindications for contact lens wear.

排除标准：

(1)有硬性或软性隐形眼镜佩戴史 (2)斜弱视；其他可能影响屈光发育的系统性疾病和眼部疾病

Exclusion criteria：

(1)history of contact lens wear (2)strabismus, and other ocular diseases or systematic diseases that may influence the refractive development
