研究目的：

（1）证实颈动脉体活化通过心交感神经导致脓毒症心肌病； （2）明确巨噬细胞是颈动脉体活化-交感神经激活通路致心脏损伤的关键因素； （3）基于表达组学，初步探讨颈动脉体介导脓毒症心肌病的神经免疫相关分子机制； （4）立足于脓毒症心肌病的机制探索，通过研究中药方剂“二陈汤合血府逐瘀汤加减”对颈动脉体活性的调节作用，为颈动脉体调控的神经免疫通路介导脓毒症心肌损伤提供理论依据，并为寻求危重症脓毒症心肌病的治疗新靶点提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Confirm that the activation of the carotid artery leads to sepsis cardiomyopathy through the sympathetic nerve; (2) It is clear that macrophages are a key factor in cardiac damage caused by carotid body activation-sympathetic activation pathway; (3) Based on expressionomics, the neuroimmune-related molecular mechanism of carotid body-mediated sepidemia cardiomyopathy is preliminarily explored; (4) Based on the mechanism exploration of sepsis cardiomyopathy, through the study of the regulatory effect of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription "Erchen Tang and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction" on the activity of the carotid artery body, it provides a theoretical basis for the neuroimmune pathway controlled by the carotid artery to mediate sepsis myocardial injury, and to seek a new target for the treatment of severe sepseps cardiomyopathy. The point provides a clinical basis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 16-65岁； 2.符合脓毒症痰瘀互阻证中医诊断标准； 3.符合脓毒症 3.0 定义及诊断标准合并脓毒症心肌病； 4.患者知情同意并愿意接受相应治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 16-65 years old;
2.meet the definition and diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0 combined with sepsis cardiomyopathy;
3.patient and his family members voluntarily sign a written informed consent;
4.meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for sepsis phlegm and stasis;

排除标准：

1.年龄>65岁或者<16岁； 2.合并冠心病、急性心肌炎及高血压性心脏病和急性心肌梗死等器质性心脏病； 3.患有严重心脏、肾脏疾病、自身免疫疾病及恶性肿瘤者； 4.既往有心脏手术史者； 5.妊娠期和哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age > 65 or < 16 years old;
2.combined with coronary heart disease, acute myocarditis, hypertensive heart disease and acute myocardial infarction and other organic heart diseases;
3.people with severe heart, kidney disease, autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors;
4.people with a history of heart surgery;
5.pregnant and lactating women.
