研究目的：

通过孟德尔随机化分析，筛选出与常见妇科疾病存在因果关系的免疫细胞特征及炎症因子。招募符合研究标准的患者，设置每种样本的病例组和对照组各5例，采集临床样本对孟德尔分析的阳性结果进行实验鉴定，确定结果的临床意义，为这些疾病的免疫发病机制提供新的认识，为其的血清学诊断和免疫治疗提供有效和有价值的临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Through Mendelian randomization analysis, immune cell characteristics and inflammatory factors with causal relationship with common gynecological diseases were selected. Recruit patients who meet the research criteria, set 5 cases and 5 controls of each sample, collect clinical samples to experimental identificate the positive results of Mendelian analysis, determine the clinical significance of the results, provide new understanding of the immunopathogenesis of these diseases, serological diagnosis and immunotherapy for its effective and valuable clinical application.
