研究目的：

观察观看动画片减轻儿童疫苗注射疼痛的有效性，缓解儿童的针头恐惧症  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effectiveness of watching cartoons in reducing the pain of children's vaccine injection and relieving children's needle phobia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、医院门诊部接受疫苗接种的健康儿童； 2、年龄1-6岁； 3、家长自愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy children who is going to be vaccinated in the outpatient department of the hospital; 2.age 1-6 years old; 3.Parents voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、患有感觉障碍、智力残疾或发育障碍； 2、在接种前24小时内接受过镇痛治疗； 3、存在免疫风险因素而无法接受疫苗接种； 4、父母拒绝参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Sensory impairment, intellectual disability or developmental disability; 2.Received analgesic treatment within 24 hours before vaccination; 3.there are immune risk factors and cannot receive vaccination; 4.Parents refused to participate in the study.
