研究目的：

关注肌萎缩侧索硬化（ALS）罕见病，利用数据挖掘方法总结临床中医药治疗ALS的用药规律，并基于ALS患者住院期间中药暴露剂量对肌酐值变化的影响以探究临床中药有效潜在药物，从而为ALS住院患者治疗提供更好的治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on the rare disease of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), data mining methods were used to summarise the medication patterns of clinical Chinese medicine for the treatment of ALS, and based on the effect of the exposure dose of Chinese medicine on the change of creatinine value during the hospitalisation of patients with ALS in order to explore the effective potential medicines of clinical Chinese medicines, so as to provide better therapeutic strategies for the treatment of hospitalised patients with ALS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据上述诊断标准在临床上确诊及拟诊为ALS的患者； ②年龄30-85岁； ③临床资料完整，尤其服用中药前后两次生化检查资料完备者。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and are diagnosed with ALS; ② Aged 30-85 years old; ③ Complete clinical data, especially complete biochemical examination data before and after taking traditional Chinese medicine.

排除标准：

①诊断和效果不明确、资料缺失或安全性存疑的病例； ②用药信息及临床资料不全者； ③合并高血压、糖尿病等可能影响肾脏功能的疾病的患者； ④合并急慢性肝肾功能异常、恶性肿瘤等疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Cases where the diagnosis and outcome are unclear, information is missing or safety is in doubt; ②Those with incomplete medication information and clinical data; ③Patients with comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases that may affect kidney function; ④Patients with a combination of acute and chronic liver and kidney function abnormalities, malignant tumours and other diseases.
