研究目的：

（1）构建骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者术后恐动症认知行为的干预方案； （2）评价此方案对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者术后恐动、焦虑抑郁、疼痛、日常生活活动能力等方面的影响； （3）明确认知行为干预在OVCF患者术后康复功能锻炼中的应用价值，为进一 步发展和完善OVCF患者术后恐动症的干预方法提供循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Constructing an intervention plan for postoperative motor phobia and cognitive behavior in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; (2) Evaluate the impact of this plan on postoperative fear, anxiety, depression, pain, and daily living activities in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; (3) Clarify the application value of cognitive behavioral intervention in postoperative rehabilitation functional exercise for OVCF patients, and provide evidence-based evidence for further development and improvement of intervention methods for postoperative anxiety disorder in OVCF patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折诊治专家共识（2021版）》中OVCF相关诊断标准，并经CT、X线片检查确诊，初次行椎体成形术者； 2.术后24小时内经恐动症量表评测＞37分； 3.自愿参加本研究，并签署书面知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for OVCF in the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis Vertebral Compression Fractures (2021 Edition), have been diagnosed through CT and X-ray examinations, and have undergone vertebroplasty for the first time; 2. Within 24 hours after surgery, a score of over 37 points was assessed using the fear of movement scale; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.意识不清或存在认知、沟通障碍，无法配合研究； 2.合并骨盆、下肢骨折者； 3.合并恶性肿瘤者； 4.既往合并下肢静脉血栓或伴有原发性血栓疾病者； 5.近期正在参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of awareness or cognitive and communication barriers, unable to cooperate with research; 2. Patients with combined pelvic and lower limb fractures; 3. Patients with combined malignant tumors; 4. Individuals with a history of concomitant lower limb venous thrombosis or primary thrombotic disease; 5. Patients who are currently participating in other studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

调查结束后，及时整理问卷资料并对量表数据进行量化，数据将由双人经计算机导入Excel电子表格，建立统计数据库，并进行双人核对，确保准确、完整、有效地录入数据。应用SPSS 26.0对收集的患者资料进行统计分析。其中计数资料采用频率、百分比（%）描述，正态分布的计量资料采用均数±标准差（±s）表示，两组间对比采用独立样本t检验、多组之间对比采用单因素方差分析；偏态分布的计量资料采用中位数、四分位数进行描述。重复测量方差分析用于评价各项指标变化趋势，以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。

After the survey is completed, the questionnaire materials will be promptly organized and the scale data will be quantified. The data will be imported into an Excel spreadsheet by two people through a computer, a statistical database will be established, and double checked to ensure accurate, complete, and effective data entry. Perform statistical analysis on the collected patient data using SPSS 26.0. The counting data is described using frequency and percentage (%), while the normally distributed econometric data is represented by mean ± standard deviation (± s). Independent sample t-test is used for comparison between two groups, and one-way analysis of variance is used for comparison between multiple groups; The measurement data of skewed distribution are described using median and quartile. Repeated measures analysis of variance is used to evaluate the trend of changes in various indicators, with P<0.05 being the statistically significant difference.
