研究目的:

(1)比较不同膳食纤维的饮食单独(含抗性淀粉大米的饮食、含燕麦的饮食)或联合有氧运动干预(含抗性淀粉大米的饮食联合跳绳、含燕麦的饮食联合跳绳)对超重肥胖大学生心血管代谢功能以及认知功能的作用差异; (2)比较不同膳食纤维的饮食单独(含抗性淀粉大米的饮食、含燕麦的饮食)或联合有氧运动干预(含抗性淀粉大米的饮食联合跳绳、含燕麦的饮食联合跳绳)对超重肥胖大学生肠道菌群、血液代谢物及炎性细胞因子的影响及差异; (3)从肠道菌群、代谢物的角度阐明不同膳食纤维的饮食单独(含抗性淀粉大米的饮食、含燕麦的饮食)或联合有氧运动干预(含抗性淀粉大米的饮食联合跳绳、含燕麦的饮食联合跳绳)影响心血管代谢功能和认知功能的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To compare the differential effects of dietary interventions rich in different types of dietary fiber (high resistant starch rice, oats) alone or in combination with aerobic exercise on cardiometabolic health and cognitive function in young adults with overweight or obesity; (2) To compare the differential effects of dietary interventions rich in different types of dietary fiber (high resistant starch rice, oats) alone or in combination with aerobic exercise on gut microbiota, blood metabolites, and inflammatory cytokines in young adults with overweight or obesity; (3) To elucidate the potential mechanisms underlying the effects on cardiometabolic health and cognitive function in young adults with overweight or obesity from the perspective of gut microbiota and metabolites following dietary interventions rich in different types of dietary fiber (high resistant starch rice, oats) alone or in combination with aerobic exercise.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1)中山大学广州校区南校园一、二、三年级在校本科生; 2)BMI≥24 kg/m^2; 3)研究开始前3个月体重稳定(体重波动<5kg); 4)有意愿参与并能严格遵守干预方案,能够配合工作人员按活动流程完成活动打卡任务,自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)Undergraduate students at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou; 2)BMI ≥ 24 kg/m^2; 3)Weight stability in the three months prior to the study (weight fluctuation < 5 kg); 4)Willing to participate and able to strictly adhere to the intervention protocol, cooperate with the staff to complete activity check-in tasks according to the activity schedule, and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1)过去3个月内,参加过其他减重项目; 2)过去3个月内,使用过抗生素持续7天或以上; 3)患有药物、疾病等引起的继发性肥胖; 4)有脑部创伤史或精神病史者; 5)患有重要脏器严重疾病或存在运动障碍。

Exclusion criteria:

1)Participated in other weight loss programs in the past three months; 2)Used antibiotics continuously for 7 days or more in the past three months; 3)Suffer from secondary obesity caused by medication, illness, or other factors; 4)Have a history of brain injury or mental illness; 5)Have a serious illness affecting major organs or have mobility impairments.

根据性别、BMI采用分层随机化方法将研究对象随机分配到4组。不参与本研究现场工作的第三方人员使用SPSS生成随机序列,并将序列提前密封于信封内,招募现场的工作人员打开信封根据入组顺序依次对应到随机数。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The participants will be randomly allocated to four groups using a stratified randomization method based on gender and BMI. A third-party individual not involved in the on-site work of the study will utilize SPSS to generate a random sequence, seal the sequence in envelopes beforehand, and on-site researchers will open the envelopes to assign participants to random numbers in the order of enrollment.
