研究目的：

本研究采用病例对照研究，通过观察新生血管性年龄相关性黄斑变性（nAMD）与nAMD继发性视网膜下纤维化（SRF）的患者之间的基本信息、病史、治疗方案、影像学特征等因素的差异，探索nAMD发展为SRF的危险因素，为nAMD继发性SRF的防治提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopted a case-control study to explore the risk factors for the development of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) into subretinal fibrosis (SRF) by observing the differences in basic information, medical history, treatment plan, imaging features between patients with nAMD and those with SRF secondaryto nAMD, so as to provide references for the prevention and treatment of nAMD secondary SRF.

纳入标准：

①年龄在 50-95 岁； ②符合nAMD诊断标准：（a）黄斑区有盘状渗出，且反复出血，可见新生血管，视力减退，黄斑中心凹反射消失。（b）眼底荧光血管造影示：新生血管有荧光渗漏，出血区呈遮蔽荧光。 ③符合nAMD继发性SRF诊断标准：（a）OCT检测可见位于视网膜下或RPE下间隙的高反射区。（b）CFP检测上可见黄斑区乳白色或黄色物质。 ④有能力签署知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range of 50-95 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for nAMD: (a) discoidal exudation in the macula with repeated hemorrhages, visible neovascularization, decreased visual acuity, and loss of macular central recess reflex. (b) Fundus fluorescence angiography shows fluorescent leakage from neovascularization and masked fluorescence in the hemorrhagic area. 3. meet the diagnostic criteria for SRF secondary to nAMD: (a) A hyperreflective area located in the subretinal or sub-RPE interstitial space was visible on the OCT test. (b) Milky white or yellow material in the macular area is visible on CFP test. 4. Those who are capable of signing informed consent.

排除标准：

①有糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、虹膜睫状体炎、黄斑裂孔、视网膜脱离、黄斑前膜眼病者； ②有青光眼病史、眼外伤病史； ③玻璃体手术史、PDT治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of the following: diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, iridocyclitis, macular schisis, retinal detachment, and macular prefovea; 2. History of glaucoma or ocular trauma; 3. History of vitreous surgery or PDT treatment.
