研究目的：

（1）明确薰衣草芳香疗法在改善Allo-HSCT供者不适症状中的效果。 （2）明确薰衣草芳香疗法对Allo-HSCT供者采集效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy in improving the discomfort symptoms of Allo-HSCT donors. (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy on Allo-HSCT donor collection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①即将开始动员和采集外周造血干细胞的Allo-HSCT供者；
②年龄≥18岁；
③嗅觉正常；
④在研究之前获得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

①Allo-HSCT donors who will start to mobilize and collect peripheral hematopoietic stem cells;
②Age ≥18 years;
③No smell disorders;
④Informed consent was obtained before the study.

排除标准：

①对薰衣草精油过敏或排斥精油味道；
②四周内有服用镇静安神类药物史；
③合并支气管哮喘等呼吸系统疾病者；
④存在认知功能障碍或无法进行正常交流；
⑤四周内参加过或正在参与其他课题研究。

Exclusion criteria：

①Allergic to lavender essential oil or reject the taste of essential oil;
②A history of sedative drugs within four weeks;
③Patients with bronchial asthma and other respiratory diseases;
④There is cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate normally;
⑤Have participated in or are participating in other research projects within 4 weeks.

Blinding：

It is impossible to control the patients or nurses awareness of the group assignment due to the nature of the essential oils smell. Nevertheless, the data analyst is unaware of the group assignment. At the same time,the randomization code is available only to a research fellow who is not connected to this study.
