研究目的：

1.通过问卷调查了解急性胰腺炎并发肌少症的发生率及其影响因素。 2.通过循证护理实践的方法构建急性胰腺炎并发肌少症患者的运动干预体系并进行临床应用，探讨其对患者肌肉力量、躯体功能、日常生活能力、心理状态及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Explore the incidence and influencing factors of sarcopenia in acute pancreatitis by a questionnaire. 2.Constructing an exercise intervention plan for patients with acute pancreatitis complicated by sarcopenia, to explore the impacts on muscle strength, physical function, daily living ability, psychological state, and quality of life of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2014年亚洲肌少症工作组（AWGS）推荐的肌少症诊断标准； ②诊断为急性胰腺炎； ③年龄≥18岁； ④无精神异常或认知功能障，知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia recommended by the Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2014; ② Diagnosed as acute pancreatitis; ③ Age ≥ 18 years old; ④ No mental abnormalities or cognitive impairment, informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①合并影响肢体运动的疾病，如骨折、腰椎间盘突出等； ②合并严重心脑肺疾病，不能耐受干预； ③中途退出或不能参与全程研究； ④住院期间有腹腔出血； ⑤自动出院或死亡患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Merge diseases that affect limb movement, such as fractures, lumbar disc herniation, etc.; ② Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unable to tolerate intervention; ③ Withdrawing midway or unable to participate in the entire research process; ④ During hospitalization, there was abdominal bleeding; ⑤ Automatically discharged or deceased patients.

受试者坐在有扶手的靠背椅上(椅子座高约45cm,扶手高约20cm),身体靠在椅背上，双手放在扶手上。如果使用助行具(如手杖、助行架)，则将助行具握在手中。在离座椅3米远的地面上贴一条彩条或放一个明显的标记物。当测试者发出“开始”的指令后，受试者从靠背椅上站起，站稳后按照平时走路的步态，向前走3米，过标记物处后转身，然后走回到椅子前，再转身坐下，靠到椅背上。 测试过程中不能给予任何躯体帮助。测试者记录受试者背部离开椅背到再次坐下(靠到椅背)所用的时间(以秒为单位)以及在完成测试过程中出现可能会摔倒的危险性。正式测试前，允许患者练习1~2次，以确保患者理解整个测试过程。
