评估乳杆菌口含片（食品）的使用对健康人群口腔内变异链球菌数量的影响，以及停用后益生菌在口腔内的持久性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus oral lozenges (live and inactivated) on the number of streptococcus mutans in the mouth of healthy people and the persistence of probiotics in the mouth after discontinuation.

本研究采用的植物乳杆菌口含片（食品）已获得无锡市市场监督管理局下发的食品生产许可证和国家市场监督管理总局批准上市。 生产批文：食品生产许可证号SC10632028102635。 厂家：江苏佰奥达生物科技有限公司—江苏新申奥生物科技有限公司—江阴分公司。 产品文号：益生菌含片，适用压片糖果SB/T10347及食品用菌种制剂QB/T4574、Q/XSAJY0001S、Q/XSASW0015S 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The Lactobacillus plantarum oral lozenges (food) used in this study have obtained the food production license issued by Wuxi Market Supervision Administration and the approval of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration. Production approval: Food production license No. SC10632028102635. Manufacturer: Jiangsu Baiaoda Biotechnology Co., Ltd.-Jiangsu Xinshenao Biotechnology Co., Ltd.-Jiangyin Branch. Product code: Probiotic lozenges, suitable for tablet candy SB/T10347 and food strain preparations QB/T4574, Q/XSAJY0001S, Q/XSASW0015S 

纳入标准：

1性别不限，年龄在 18-70 岁之间； 2口腔卫生良好，无牙齿结构异常 3结合病史及临床检查，临床上尚未确诊为“龋病”的健康人群（可以患有其他口腔疾病）； 4良好的依从性，愿意保持随访； 5愿意参加本次研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gender is not limited, age between 18 and 70 years old; 2. Good oral hygiene, no abnormal dental structure 3. Healthy people who have not been clinically diagnosed as "caries" (can suffer from other oral diseases) according to their medical history and clinical examination; 4. Good compliance, willing to keep follow-up; 5. Be willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1志愿者同时间参与其他医学研究项目； 2对植物益生菌成分过敏者； 3患有精神疾病或认知功能障碍者； 4不能遵医嘱使用益生菌口含片和按时复诊者； 5孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 6三个月内使用过免疫调节剂、激素类药物者； 7近期?重??术?尚未恢复者； 8已知原发性免疫缺陷病史； 9已知患有活动性肺结核； 10已知异体器官移植史和异体造??细胞移植史； 11已知存在 HIV 感染者及携带者（HIV 抗体阳性）； 12已知存在乙肝感染及携带者（大三阳与小三阳） 13处于活动期或临床控制不佳的严重感染； 14症状性充血性心力衰竭（纽约?脏病协会分级Ⅱ级）或症状性或控制不佳的?律失常； 15研究人员认为其他原因不适合此研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Volunteers participate in other medical research projects at the same time; 2 Allergic to plant probiotics; 3. People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4 Patients who could not follow the doctor's advice to use probiotic oral lozenges and return to the doctor on time; 5 Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who have used immunomodulators and hormone drugs within three months; 7 Patients who have not recovered from major surgery recently; 8 Known history of primary immunodeficiency; 9 known to have active tuberculosis; 10 Known history of allogeneic organ transplantation and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 11 Known HIV infected persons and carriers (HIV antibody positive); 12 Known hepatitis B infection and carriers (Dasanyang and Xiaosanyang) 13 Serious infections that are active or poorly controlled clinically; Symptomatic congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Grade II) or symptomatic or poorly controlled arrhythmias; 15 The researchers considered that other reasons were not suitable for this researcher.
