研究目的：

评估在难治性不规则角膜患者中使用巩膜镜的治疗效果和安全性.  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of scleral endoscopy in patients with refractory irregular cornea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在18-86岁之间；
2. 难治性干眼、角膜不规则散光；
3. 裸眼视力优于数指；
4. 最佳矫正视力≥0.5；
5. 受试者理解研究要求和治疗过程，并在进行任何针对研究的检查或治疗之前提供书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18-86;
2. Refractory dry eye and irregular corneal astigmatism;
3. The visual acuity of the naked eye is better than that of the digital finger;
4. Best corrected visual acuity >= 0.5;
5. The subjects understood the study requirements and treatment process, and provided written informed consent before any examination or treatment for the study.

排除标准：

1. 目前正在治疗感染性角膜炎；
2. 严重的变应性结膜炎、低顺应性和其他潜在禁忌症导致巩膜镜应用困难；
3. 影响感觉敏感性的疾病(疱疹性疾病，严重的糖尿病)；
4. 结膜的解剖变异影响巩膜镜的正确配戴；
5. 怀孕；
6. 干眼症之外的其他眼病（例如青光眼、老年黄斑变性)可能对视觉功能有显著影响；
7. 研究者认为使患者面临过度风险的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infectious keratitis is currently being treated;
2. Severe allergic conjunctivitis, low compliance and other potential contraindications lead to difficulties in the application of scleral endoscopy;
3. diseases that affect sensory sensitivity (herpes disease, severe diabetes);
4. The anatomical variation of conjunctiva affects the correct wearing of the scleral mirror;
5. Pregnancy;
6. Other eye diseases other than dry eye (such as glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration) may have a significant impact on visual function;
7. Any other circumstances that the investigator believes expose the patient to excessive risk.
