研究目的:

本研究将牛黄上清片与CGF联合应用于牙周炎骨缺损修复中,将CGF应用于牙周炎骨缺损修复术中,将牛黄上清片用于手术后,探讨牛黄上清片与CGF在慢性牙周炎骨缺损手术中联合应用的效果,为临床操作提供可靠地试验依据。同时本研究在数据分析阶段,尝试使用机器学习及深度学习算法,完成数据统计分析。医学界暂未有将深度学习应用于慢性牙周炎相关实验数据分析的先例,本研究将首次尝试,以期创新在临床试验及中成药实验中的数据分析方法,建造预估模型,为后续实验研究提供参考和基础。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, Niuhuang Shangqing Tablet and CGF were used in the repair of periodontitis bone defects, CGF was used in the repair of periodontitis bone defects, and Niuhuang Shangqing Tablet was used after surgery to explore the effect of the combined application of Niuhuang Shangqing Tablet and CGF in the operation of chronic periodontitis bone defects, so as to provide a reliable experimental basis for clinical operation. At the same time, in the data analysis stage, this research attempts to use machine learning and deep learning algorithms to complete data statistical analysis. There is no precedent in the medical community for applying in-depth learning to the analysis of experimental data related to chronic periodontitis. This study will be the first attempt to innovate the data analysis methods in clinical trials and Chinese patent medicine experiments, building a prediction model to provide reference and basis for subsequent experimental research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄在20-55岁之间的慢性牙周炎患者,经过系统性牙周基础治疗,仍存在单个或多个牙位的垂直骨缺损,需进行牙周组织再生术的患牙;②菌斑控制良好,菌斑指数控制在20%以下;③手术牙位局部探诊深度(probing depth,PD)>5mm,根尖片及CBCT证实骨缺损形态为三壁及二壁骨下袋或有足够附着龈覆盖的Ⅱ度根分叉病变;④患牙无颈部龋损、无颈部充填体及修复体⑤患者具有良好的依从性,良好的口腔卫生习惯,可以按时随访。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients aged 20-55 years with chronic periodontitis who had single or multiple tooth vertical bone defects after systemic periodontal initial treatment and needed periodontal tissue regeneration; ② The plaque was well controlled, and the plaque index was controlled below 20%; ③ Probing depth (PD) >5mm, periapical radiography and CBCT confirmed the bone defect as three-wall and two-wall infrabony pockets or degree Ⅱ furcation lesions with sufficient attached gingiva coverage. ④Patients with no cervical caries, no cervical fillings and restorations ⑤ Patients have good compliance, good oral hygiene habits, and can be followed up on time.

排除标准:

①系统性疾病史,长期用药史②吸烟史③合并其他口腔疾病史,如干燥综合征、扁平苔藓等④存在精神疾患或意识不清无法配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

① History of systemic diseases, long-term medication history ② Smoking history ③ History of other oral diseases, such as Sjogren's syndrome, lichen planus, etc. ④ Patients with mental disorders or unclear consciousness who cannot cooperate with treatment.
