Mother-infant bonding disorder: the woman lacks a sense of being a mother after giving birth, is irritable, is hostile or aggressive towards the baby, or rejects her child; Postpartum depression: is when a woman develops significant depressive symptoms or typical depressive episodes during the puerperium.

研究目的：

1. 基于倾向性评分匹配方法进行前瞻性队列研究，评估分娩疼痛、椎管内分娩镇痛对产后母婴连接的影响，更全面理解分娩疼痛与产后母婴连接之间的关系，为优化分娩镇痛方案提供新视角。 2. 基于路径分析模型，进一步评估椎管内分娩镇痛与产后母婴连接的因果关系以及产后慢性疼痛、母乳喂养、产后抑郁等因素在其中的作用，为改善产后母婴连接质量提供新依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. A prospective cohort study based on the propensity score matching method was conducted to assess the effects of labor pain and intrathecal labor analgesia on postpartum mother-infant bonding, so as to more comprehensively understand the relationship between labor pain and postpartum mother-infant bonding, and to provide a new perspective for optimization of labor analgesia programs. 2. Based on the path analysis model, we will further assess the causal relationship between intrathecal labor analgesia and postpartum mother-infant bonding, as well as the role of postpartum chronic pain, breastfeeding, postpartum depression and other factors, so as to provide a new basis for improving the quality of postpartum mother-infant bonding.

纳入标准：

1.单胎足月自然分娩产妇；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.患者知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Full-term singleton pregnant women preparing for vaginal delivery ;
2.Age ≥ 18 years;
3.provided fully Informed consent ;

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝参加研究；
2.既往精神疾病史；
3.有椎管内分娩镇痛禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient's refusal to participate in the study;
2. A history of pre-existing mental illness;
3.Contraindications to intrathecal labor analgesia;
