研究目的：

1）明确补充FN041缓解儿童湿疹的效果。 2）揭示FN041在小肠产生吲哚-3-乳酸，通过wnt通路激活肠上皮细胞和树突细胞视黄醇代谢，促进肠系膜淋巴结调节性T细胞分化增殖，缓解湿疹的作用机理。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To demonstrate the effect of children consumption of Limosilactobacillus reuteri FN041 in alleviating eczema in children. 2) This study reveals that Limosilactobacillus reuteri FN041 produces indole-3-lactic acid in the small intestine, activates retinol metabolism in intestinal epithelial cells and dendritic cells through the wnt pathway, promotes the differentiation and proliferation of regulatory T cells in mesenteric lymph nodes, and alleviates eczema

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患儿纳入标准：①断奶幼儿年龄为1~10周岁；②符合Williams标准的明显特应性皮炎（症状持续4周或更长时间），入组时湿疹症状为轻度至中度严重程度（SCORAD指数评分小于50）；③能够提供粪便样本；④儿童监护人签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for children weaned as follows: (1)1~10 years old for weaned infants; (2) obvious atopic dermatitis that meets Williams criteria (symptoms lasting 4 weeks or more) with mild to moderate severity of eczema symptoms at enrollment (SCORAD index score less than 50); (3) be able to provide stool samples; (4) the child's guardian sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

患儿排除标准：①严重湿疹（SCORAD评分>50）；②在入组前4周内接受抗生素、全身皮质类固醇、免疫抑制或中草药治疗；③在过去4周内接触商业益生菌产品；④急性胃肠道感染；⑤慢性潜在疾病或导致感染的基线因素（例如神经系统疾病、代谢疾病、慢性呼吸道疾病、先天性心脏、胃肠系统或肺部异常）；⑥患已知或疑似免疫缺陷；⑦早产

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for children: (1) severe eczema (SCORAD score > 50); (2) Receiving antibiotics, systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressive or Chinese herbal therapy within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; (3) exposure to commercial probiotic products within the past 4 weeks; (4) acute gastrointestinal infection; (5) chronic underlying disease or baseline factors leading to infection (e.g., neurological, metabolic, chronic respiratory disease, congenital heart, gastrointestinal or pulmonary abnormalities); (6) Suffering from known or suspected immunodeficiency; (7) Premature birth.
