计算机认知矫正疗法对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Effects of computer cognitive correction therapy on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）精神分裂症符合国际疾病分类ICD-10的诊断标准，PANSS评分不超过60分；（2）没有神经系统疾病史；（3）没有药物与酒精依赖史；（4）既往三个月内没有进行电休克治疗；（5）患者年龄在18岁至50岁之间；（6）患者学历是小学教育及以上；（7）中国修订韦氏成人智力量表的4个分测验(常 识、算术、相似性、数字广度)估计总智商≥84；（8）配合度高，服用非典型抗精神病药物，病程2年以上。

Inclusion criteria

(1) SCZ that meets the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases-10th Revision (ICD-10), with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) score not exceeding 60 points; (2) no history of neurological diseases; (3) no history of drug or alcohol dependence; (4) no electroconvulsive therapy within the past three months; (5) age of 18–50 years; (6) patients primary or higher education; (7) China revised the four sub-tests of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (general knowledge, arithmetic, similarity, number breadth) to estimate the total IQ ≥84; (8) High degree of cooperation, taking atypical antipsychotic drugs, the course of disease is more than 2 years.

排除标准：

（1）精神发育迟滞；（2）器质性精神疾病；（3）严重的焦虑、抑郁或物质滥用；（4）严重衰退或冲动兴奋不合作；（5）存在一定视听觉的感知障碍；（6）存在严重的躯体功能疾病或其他药物的不良反应，不能及时进行多种计算机游戏训练；（7）孕期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) mental retardation; (2) organic mental illness; (3) no cooperation due to declined or impulsive excitement; (4) severe anxiety, depression, or substance abuse; (5) auditory or visual perception impairment; (6) physical function diseases or other drug adverse reactions, not allowing patients to conduct computer game training in time; (7) pregnant or lactating women.
