探讨核心稳定性训练对智力障碍儿童青少年平衡能力的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of core stability training on balance in children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）中智力障碍诊断标准； （2）年龄在6-18岁的男生和女生； （3）除参加学校常规体育活动外，没有参加长期规律的核心稳定性和平衡相关训练计划。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for intellectual disability in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-5); (2) Boys and girls aged 6-18 years; (3) Are not enrolled in a long-term regular core stability and balance-related training program in addition to participating in regular school sports.

排除标准：

（1）有继发性身体疾病，如患有肢体残疾、视力残疾、听力残疾、脑瘫； （2）患有任何神经系统疾病，如癫痫等； （3）患有严重的心脑血管疾病，如高血压、心脏病等； （4）无法听从指令或执行干预相关命令。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a secondary physical disease, such as suffering from physical disability, visual disability, hearing disability, cerebral palsy; (2) Suffering from any neurological disease, such as epilepsy; (3) Suffering from serious cardiovascular diseases, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, etc; (4) Unable to follow instructions or carry out intervention-related orders.
