研究目的：

探究观察全麻诱导期间不同程度危险分层的高血压患者和正常患者脑氧饱和度和脑血流动力学变化，同时探寻全麻期间不同程度危险分层的高血压患者维持正常脑灌注对应的MAP范围，有利于指导血压合理调控，降低围术期脑梗塞，隐匿性脑卒中及术后认知功能障碍等的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring and observing the changes in cerebral oxygen saturation and cerebral hemodynamics in hypertensive patients and normal patients with different levels of risk stratification during general anesthesia induction, as well as exploring the MAP range corresponding to maintaining normal cerebral perfusion in hypertensive patients with different levels of risk stratification during general anesthesia, is beneficial for guiding reasonable blood pressure regulation, reducing the incidence of perioperative cerebral infarction, occult stroke, and postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18—75岁 2. 接受全身麻醉手术患者 3. ASA分级Ⅰ—Ⅲ 4.手术满足仰卧位的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-75 years old 2. Patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA): Ⅰ-Ⅲ 4. Surgery for patients in supine position

排除标准：

1.严重的心脏和脑血管病史（频发的房颤或室性早搏、心衰、颅内高压、癫痫、近半年新发心肌梗死和脑梗等） 2.肺部疾病和严重肝肾疾病（慢阻肺、尿毒症、肝硬化等） 3.需要进行心、肺、脑血管相关手术的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Serious history of heart and cerebrovascular disease (frequent atrial fibrillation or premature ventricular contractions, heart failure, intracranial hypertension, epilepsy, new myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction in the past six months, etc.) 2.Pulmonary diseases and severe liver and kidney diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uremia, cirrhosis, etc.) 3.Patients who require heart, lung, and cerebrovascular related surgeries
