研究目的：

在我国的初级卫生体系下实施整合孕产妇保健和心理健康服务的模式 I2Mcare Model，并对该模式防治围产期抑郁的效果进行经济学评价，并探究该模式的可接受性、可行性和可用性，为其在我国的推广应用提供经济学依据和政策建议。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to implement a time-driven activity-based model of integrated mental and maternal care (I2Mcare) for pregnant women in Chinese primary care settings to prevent perinatal depression,and to conduct economic evaluation and feasibility assessment of the I2Mcare model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄 18 周岁以上, 2) 怀孕 12 周-13 周, 3) 在白云区妇幼保健院建立孕产妇档案并将在此定期接受常规产检, 4) 抑郁症脆弱性量表（VPSQ）得分 20 分及以上

Inclusion criteria

1) aged over 18, 2) 12-13 weeks of pregnancy, 3) create profiles and will receive routine maternal care in Maternal and Child Hospital of Baiyun District, 4) score over 20 of VPSQ

排除标准：

1)具有精神疾病既往史， 2)无法独立参与研究， 3)不能提供知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

1) have a history of mental illness, 2) unable to participate independently in research, 3)informed consent cannot be provided
