研究目的：

用阳明五行针的皮内针疗法联合有氧运动治疗原发性高脂血症，验证临床疗效，构建中医外治法防治原发性高脂血症的的诊疗技术方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical effect of treating primary hyperlipidemia with Yangming and Wuxing acupuncture combined with aerobic exercise, and to construct a technical scheme for the prevention and treatment of primary hyperlipidemia by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）原发性高脂血症患者。 （2）符合上述诊断标准者。 （3）年龄 18～70 岁。 （4）自愿接受治疗且积极配合研究者以及签订患者知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with primary hyperlipidemia. (2) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria. (3) Age 18~70 years old. (4) Those who voluntarily accept treatment and actively cooperate with the investigator and sign the patient's informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）因其他原发疾病引起的血脂异常患者。 （2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 （3）具有急慢性血管类疾病患者或具有内分泌、造血、泌尿、消化等系统原发性、 感染性疾病患者。 （4）入组前 1 个月内曾经服用或正在服用激素类药物或者其他调脂药物者，以及使用其他方法降低血脂的患者。 （5）半年内曾经历过重大手术患者或严重心脏病患者、恶性肿瘤患者及精神病患者。 （6）年龄＜18 岁或＞70 岁者及晕针患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with dyslipidemia caused by other primary diseases. (2) Pregnant or lactating women. (3) Patients with acute and chronic vascular diseases or patients with endocrine, hematopoietic, urinary, digestive and other systems primary, Patients with infectious diseases. (4) Those who have taken or are taking hormone drugs or other lipid-regulating drugs within 1 month before enrollment, as well as patients who use other methods to reduce blood lipids. (5) Patients who have undergone major surgery or severe heart disease, malignant tumors and mental illness within half a year. (6) Those < 18 years old or > 70 years old and patients with faint needle.
