研究目的：

1. 评价针刺治疗AD的临床疗效； 2. 利用脑成像技术，分析AD患者脑网络功能活动的损害特征和拓扑属性的异常改变； 3.揭示针刺干预对AD相关大尺度神经网络功能损害与拓扑属性表征异常的影响和调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease; 2. To use brain imaging technology to analyze the damage characteristics and abnormal changes in topological attributes of brain network functional activities in AD patients; 3. To reveal the effects and regulatory effects of acupuncture intervention on AD related large-scale neural network functional impairment and abnormal topological attribute representation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 性别不限，年龄介于50岁到80岁之间； 2. 确诊为阿尔茨海默病； 3. 简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）评分≤19分（文盲），≤22分（小学），≤23分（初中及高中），≤26分（高等教育）； 4. 右利手； 5. 临床痴呆量表（CDR）评定为轻（1分）、中度（2分）痴呆的患者； 6. 病情稳定，4周内未更改药物方案； 7. 具有可信的监护人可以陪伴并辅助完成参与； 8. 无药物、酒精、镇静剂使用； 9. 患者及家属均知情同意，愿意加入本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gender is not limited, 50 yeas <= age <= 80 years; 2. Patients are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease; 3. Meets the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of <= 19 points (illiterate), <= 22 points (primary school), <= 23 points (middle and high school), ≤ 26 points (higher education); 4. The subjects are right handed; 5. Patients with mild (1 point) and moderate (2 points) dementia assessed by clinical dementia scale (CDR); 6. The condition of AD patients was stable and the drug was not changed with in 4 weeks; 7. Patients with AD who have a trusted guardian to accompany and assist in participation; 8. Patients with AD did not use drugs, alcohol or sedatives; 9. The patients and their families had informed consent, were willing to join the study, and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 具有MRI检查禁忌症（携带心脏起搏器、人工耳蜗等电磁敏感的医疗设备）的患者；
2. 意识障碍；
3. 患有严重基础疾病或其他可能导致认知障碍的疾病；
4. 患者无法按要求配合完成试验；
5. 同期参加其他临床试验者；
6. 有自发性出血倾向或损伤后出血不止的病症（如血小板减少性紫癜、白血病等）及局部皮肤感染不宜实施针刺治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with MRI contraindications (carrying electromagnetic sensitive medical equipment such as cardiac pacemaker and artificial cochlea);
2. Patients with consciousness disorders;
3. Patients with severe underlying diseases or other diseases that may lead to cognitive impairment;
4. Patients who are unable to cooperate to complete the test as required;
5. Patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time;
6. Patients with spontaneous bleeding tendency or bleeding after injury (such as thrombocytopenic purpura, leukemia, etc.) and local skin infection who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment.
