研究目的：

本此研究中，通过分别使用邦沃超声洁牙机的舒适模式与常规模式和赛特力超声洁牙机对Ⅲ期或者Ⅳ期牙周炎患者行SRP，对比患者的主观评价以及治疗前后的牙周检查指标，为临床选择不同的超声洁牙机提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with stage III or IV periodontitis were treated with SRP using the comfort mode and the conventional mode of the BONVO ultrasonic dental flosser, respectively, and with the SETEL ultrasonic dental flosser, the subjective evaluation of patients and periodontal examination before and after treatment were compared to provide reference for clinical selection of different ultrasonic tooth cleaner.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据2018年牙周病新分类，诊断为Ⅲ期或者Ⅳ期牙周炎；②近3月内未行牙周治疗；③所有患者具有相同的口腔卫生习惯,早晚饭后刷牙，一天刷两次牙；④近3月内未服抗生素，⑤患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) according to the new classification of periodontal disease in 2018, the patients were diagnosed as having stage III or IV periodontitis, (2) did not receive periodontal treatment in the last 3 months, (3) all patients had the same oral hygiene habits, and brushed their teeth after breakfast and dinner, brush teeth twice a day, (4) did not take antibiotics within 3 months, (5) patients signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有与牙周炎有关的全身系统性疾病；②女性处于哺乳期，或怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) systemic disease related to periodontitis; (2) lactation or pregnancy.

区组随机化分组，将就诊时间相近的6位患者作为一个区组，再依据随机数字表法，将研究对象分为A组（采用邦沃超声洁牙机仪舒适模式）、B组（采用邦沃超声洁牙机常规模式）和C组（采用赛特力超声洁牙机），每组34例。

The six patients with the same time of visit were divided into a block group, and then according to the method of random number table, the subjects were divided into three groups, 34 in each group: Group A (using the comfort mode of the BONVO ultrasonic dental cleaner) , group B (using the routine mode of the BONVO ultrasonic dental cleaner) and Group C (using the SETEL ultrasonic dental cleaner) .
