研究目的：

1）探索MGUS、SMM与MM患者外周血样本中的代谢表达差异，寻找预测疾病发生发展的生物标志物 2）探索新诊断MM（NDMM）、治疗后缓解的MM、复发MM（RRMM）外周血样本中的代谢表达差异，寻找预测疗效、复发的生物标志物  

Objectives of Study：

1）To explore the metabolic expression differences in peripheral blood samples of MGUS, SMM, and MM patients to identify biomarkers that predict disease onset and progression. 2) To investigate the metabolic expression differences in peripheral blood samples of newly diagnosed MM (NDMM), RRMM to find biomarkers that predict treatment efficacy and relapse.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁； 2.满足MGUS/ SMM/ NDMM/ RRMM诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1.over 18years old;
2.meet the criteria of MGUS/ SMM/ NDMM/ RRMM;

排除标准：

1.诊断高脂血症； 2.合并其他恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.hyperlipemia;
2.diagnosed with other tumors;
