研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨PACU环境噪音对于骨关节外科全麻患者术后苏醒期急性疼痛及术后疼痛的影响，从而探究降低PACU噪音是否可以减少全麻患者术后急性疼痛发生率，减少患者在PACU期间镇痛药物使用，增加患者在PACU期间舒适度。  

Objectives of Study：

This study seeks to examine the influence of noise in the PACU environment on acute postoperative pain and postoperative pain in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia. The objective is to determine whether reducing noise levels in the PACU can lower the occurrence of acute postoperative pain among general anesthesia patients, decrease analgesic medication usage during their PACU stay, and improve overall patient comfort.

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18-75岁 2) ASA分级 I-III级 3) 择期行骨关节外科手术 4) 自愿参加并签署了知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 18-75 years old 2) ASA I-III 3) Elective bone and joint surgery 4) They voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

1) 患有严重疾病（包括严重的心、肺、肝、肾或内分泌相关疾病） 2) 患有听力障碍或无法进行言语交流患者 3) 已知存在慢性疼痛、术前或长期使用止痛药患者 4) 存在认知障碍，药物或酒精滥用史、或有精神功能疾病 5) 因任何原因无法参与研究的个体

Exclusion criteria：

1) Suffering from chronic diseases(including serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, or endocrine related diseases) 2) Patients with hearing impairment or inability to communicate verbally 3) Patients with chronic pain, preoperative or long-term use of analgesics were known to exist 4) Patients with cognitive impairment, drug or alcohol abuse, or psychiatric disorders 5) Individuals who were unable to participate in the study for any reason
