Objectives of Study：

To detect wether the time of donor's CTA has influence with the recipent renal allgraft function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

碘普罗胺

Ultravist Solution 

纳入标准：

2012年5月-2012年12月在华西医院行供肾切取术的供者，其术前行CTA时间要么大于3周（门诊行CTA），要么小于1周（住院后行CTA）；以及行活体肾移植术的受者。

Inclusion criteria

Donors have nephretectomy and recipents have kidney transplantation in West China Hospital between May 2012 and Dec 2012.

排除标准：

术前1-3周行CTA的供者;免疫高危受者、二次移植受者。

Exclusion criteria：

Donors have CTA 1-3w before nephretectomy；high sensitive recipents，second translantation recipent.
