研究目的：

明确双耳节拍音乐（BBM）独立或复合艾司氯胺酮对于剖宫产手术患者的抗抑郁作用、改善神经精神作用及减轻其副作用及两者联合的可能协同作用等  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effects of binaural beat music (BBM) alone or in combination with esketamine, including the antidepressant effects, improved neuropsychiatric effects and alleviation of adverse effects of esketamine, in patients undergoing cesarean section, as well as the possible synergistic effects of the combination of the two.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-35岁，ASA分级在I-II级，体重指数（body mass index, BMI）在18.5-30 kg／m2 ；（2）能与随访研究者良好沟通；（3）于椎管内麻醉下行剖宫产术的足月单胎妊娠初产妇。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 18-35 years, ASA class I-II, and body mass index (BMI) of 18.5-30 kg/m2; (2) able to communicate well with the follow-up investigator; and (3) primiparous women with full-term singleton pregnancies who underwent cesarean section under intrathecal anesthesia.

排除标准：

排除以下患者：（1）ASA分级≥3级；（2）心电图异常；（3）高血压和严重心脏病；（4）任何神经精神疾病、功能障碍；（5）对艾司氯胺酮过敏；（6）氯胺酮/艾司氯胺酮滥用或依赖史；（7）既往艾司氯胺酮试验无效或存在严重不良反应；（8）药物或酒精依赖；（9）椎管内麻醉的禁忌症；（10）阅读文化水平不足；（11）拒绝书面知情同意书；（12）听力下降或障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

The following patients were excluded: (1) ASA grade ≥ 3; (2) ECG abnormality; (3) hypertension and severe heart disease; (4) any neuropsychiatric disease, or dysfunction; (5) allergy to esketamine; (6) ketamine/ History of esketamine abuse or dependence; (7) failure of previous esketamine test or serious adverse effects; (8) drug or alcohol dependence; (9) contraindication of neuraxial anesthesia; (10) insufficient literacy level; (11) refusal of written informed consent; (12) hearing loss or impairment.

盲法：

单盲，研究人员根据分组将药物配好给实施椎管内麻醉的医生，麻醉医师、随访人员不知道分组情况。采用两级盲法设计，第一级为各干预措施编号所对应的代号（随机指定A和B组），第二级为代号所对应的处理组。两级盲底分别单独密封，一式两份。

Blinding：

Single-blind, the researchers dispensed the drugs to the doctors who administered neuraxial anesthesia according to the group, and the anesthesiologist and follow-up personnel will not know the grouping. A two-level blinding design was used, with the first level being the code corresponding to each intervention number (randomly assigning groups A and B) and the second level being the treatment group corresponding to the code. The two levels of blind bottoms are sealed separately and in duplicate.
