研究目的：

探讨调脏疏经推拿法结合针刺治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效和相关作用机制，以期为临床治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪提供新的诊疗方案，并为调脏疏经推拿结合针刺治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy and related mechanisms of the the treatment of post-stroke spasticity by massage based on Tiaozang Shujing theory and acupuncture. It is hoped that this study can provide a new diagnosis and treatment plan for this disease and explain its theoretical reasons.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合脑卒中诊断标准，经头颅CT或者MRI等影像学资料佐证的患者； ② 年龄在 18~75 岁之间，性别不限； ③ 患者意识清楚，生命体征平卧，认知能力正常，病程在6个月以内； ④ 患侧肢体 Brunnstrom 分期在 II-IV 期，改良的 Ashworth 评定在 1~3 级，伴有瘫痪患侧肢体肌张力增高症状； ⑤ 两周内未服用过中西镇静药物及肌肉松弛剂者； ⑥ 自愿参加本项临床试验，服从诊疗方案，并签署知情同意书者。 △注：需同时满足上述6项才能纳入。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and supported by imaging data such as cranial CT or MRI; 2. Age between 18 and 75 years old, gender not limited; 3. The patient is conscious, with vital signs lying flat and normal cognitive ability. The course of the disease is within 6 months; 4. The Brunstrom staging of the affected limb is in stages II-IV, and the modified Ashworth assessment is in grades 1-3, accompanied by symptoms of increased muscle tone in the paralyzed affected limb; 5. Those who have not taken any Chinese or Western sedatives or muscle relaxants within two weeks; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical trial, comply with the diagnosis and treatment plan, and sign the informed consent form. △ Note: To be included, the above six items must be met simultaneously.

排除标准：

① 中风次数≥3次者； ② 经检查证实是由其他疾病引起的肢体痉挛； ③ 已接受其它治疗者； ④ 合并有严重基础疾病及精神病患者； ⑤ 蛛网膜下腔出血患者，有其他出血性疾病或凝血功能障碍患者； ⑥ 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 △注：凡出现以上任一项者，即从本课题排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have had at least 3 strokes; 2. Confirmed through examination that limb spasms are caused by other diseases; 3. Those who have received other treatments; 4. Merge patients with severe underlying diseases and mental illnesses; 5. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, other bleeding disorders or coagulation dysfunction; 6. Pregnant or lactating women. △ Note: Any of the above conditions shall be excluded from this study.
