研究目的：

本研究拟在前期药学、药效学及小样本临床数据工作的基础上，开展规范的临床研究，进一步观察六味糖肾汤优化方治疗糖尿病早期肾病的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct a standardized clinical study on the basis of previous pharmacy, pharmacodynamics and small sample clinical data, and further observe the effectiveness and safety of Liuwei Tangshen Decoction optimization prescription in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease，DKD) 1. 有明确的2型糖尿病病史； 2. 符合2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断标准； 3. 年龄18～70岁； 4. 符合气虚血瘀、水热互结证； 5. 近3个月无酮症酸中毒、高渗性昏迷、反复严重低血糖者； 6. 签署知情同意书； 7. 能提供详细的联络方式，无短期迁移，愿意配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

diabetic kidney disease,DKD 1. A clear history of type 2 diabetes; 2. Meet the early diagnosis criteria of type 2 diabetic nephropathy; 3. Age 18-70 years old; 4. Consistent with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, water-heat interjunction syndrome; 5. No ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, repeated severe hypoglycemia in the past 3 months; 6. Sign informed consent; 7. Can provide detailed contact information, no short-term migration, willing to cooperate with follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 其他原发性疾病（慢性肾炎、高血压、痛风、红斑狼疮等）所致的尿微量白蛋白排泄率增高者； 2. 肾血管性高血压； 3. 六个月内有恶性高血压、心肌梗塞、脑血管意外等危急重症病史者； 4. 合并充血性心衰Ⅰ-Ⅳ级者； 5. 近期内(4周内)有严重感染者； 6. 合并心、肝、脑、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，癌症、精神病患者； 7. 妊娠或准备妊娠、哺乳期妇女； 8. 已知对该类药物过敏及严重过敏体质者； 9. 近3个月内参加其他临床药物试验的患者； 10. 研究者认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Increased urinary microalbumin excretion rate caused by other primary diseases (chronic nephritis, hypertension, gout, lupus erythematosus, etc.); 2. Renal vascular hypertension; 3. Patients with malignant hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident and other critical medical history within six months; 4. Patients with congestive heart failure grade I-IV; 5. There are serious infections in the near future (within 4 weeks); 6. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system, cancer and mental illness; 7. Pregnant or planning pregnancy, breastfeeding women; 8. People who are known to be allergic to such drugs or have severe allergies; 9. Patients who have participated in other clinical drug trials within the last 3 months; 10. Researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in this study.
