Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the safety, effectiveness, and health economic value of three different flushing solutions for continuous monitoring of peripheral arterial catheterization cardiac output in patients with septic shock

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断为脓毒症休克患者；②年龄≥18岁；③动脉导管留置时间拟大于48h；④需持续监测心排量患者

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosed as a patient with septic shock; ② Age ≥ 18 years old; ③ The retention time of the arterial catheter is expected to be greater than 48 hours; ④ Continuous monitoring of cardiac output is required for patients.

排除标准：

①严重禁忌使用肝素钠患者，如对肝素钠过敏者；②持续监测期间全身使用抗凝药物；③高凝状态(D-D大于3 ug/ml)或有出血倾向者（APTT值大于正常值2倍以上）

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe contraindications to the use of heparin sodium, such as those who are allergic to heparin sodium; ② During continuous monitoring, systemic use of anticoagulants; ③ Individuals in a hypercoagulable state (D-D greater than 3 ug/ml) or with a tendency for bleeding (APTT value greater than twice the normal value).

随机分组序列的产生方法：采用SPSS 25.0统计学软件生成完全随机数字表,将 141例虚拟患者依次编为1~141号,产生随机数,对该141个随机数编好秩次,以前47个、中47个、后47个随机数字依次分为A组、B组、C组。将数字分别放入密封的信封中,由科室办公护士统一保管，患者入组时,联系办公护士拆封放有随机数字的信封,确定分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Method for generating random grouping sequence: A complete random number table was generated using SPSS 25.0 statistical software. 141 virtual patients were sequentially assigned numbers 1-141 to generate random numbers. The rank of these 141 random numbers was assigned, and the first 47, middle 47, and last 47 random numbers were sequentially divided into Group A, Group B, and Group C. Put the numbers into sealed envelopes and have them kept by the department's office nurses. When patients are enrolled, contact the office nurses to open the envelopes containing random numbers and determine the grouping.
