研究目的：

（1）通过横断面研究，调查结直肠癌肠造口患者和主要照顾者的家庭复原力，采用潜在剖面分析（LPA）对其家庭复原力进行分类，探讨结直肠癌肠造口患者和照顾者整体家庭复原力类别的影响因素，为有针对性构建结直肠癌肠造口患者家庭复原力干预方案、促进良好家庭调适提供理论依据。 （2）采用质性研究，分析结直肠癌肠造口患者和主要照顾者家庭复原力体验,为制定提升家庭复原力水平的干预措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1) A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the family resilience of colorectal cancer enterostomy patients and their primary caregivers. Potential profile analysis (LPA) was used to classify their family resilience, and to explore the influencing factors of the overall family resilience of colorectal cancer enterostomy patients and caregivers. To provide a theoretical basis for constructing a targeted family resilience intervention plan for colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy and promoting good family adjustment. (2) Qualitative studies were used to analyze the family resilience experiences of colorectal cancer enterostomy patients and primary caregivers to provide a basis for the development of interventions to enhance family resilience levels.

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准 1.通过病理学检查被确诊为结直肠癌且行造口的患者； 2.年龄≥18岁，神志清楚、思维正常、能进行语言沟通交流的患者； 3.自愿配合参加本研究。 照顾者纳入标准 1.承担主要照护责任的家庭成员，即24小时照顾时间最长、承担照顾任务最重者； 2.年龄≥18 岁，能够配合调查； 3.经解释同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patient inclusion criteria 1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer by pathological examination and undergoing an stomy; 2. Patients ≥18 years old, clear mind, normal thinking, able to communicate with language; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study. Caregiver inclusion criteria 1. Family members who bear the main care responsibility, that is, those who have the longest 24-hour care time and undertake the most heavy care tasks; 2. Age ≥18 years old, able to cooperate with the investigation; 3. Agreed to participate in this study with explanation.

排除标准：

1.联合其他部位恶性肿瘤或是有其它器官部位的转移； 2.病情不稳或急剧恶化者； 3.合并其它重要器官功能障碍或认知有障碍，无法准确理解问卷者； 4.照顾者为专业陪护人员

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors of other sites or metastasis of other organ sites; 2. The condition is unstable or rapidly deteriorating; 3. Patients with other vital organ dysfunction or cognitive impairment who cannot accurately understand the questionnaire; 4. The caregiver is a professional escort.
