Objectives of Study：

Observing the effect of perioperative multimodal acupoint therapy on the quality of early postoperative recovery in elderly laparoscopic surgery patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①拟择期行腹腔镜手术；②年龄≥65岁；③ASA（美国麻醉医师协会）Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

(i) proposed elective laparoscopic surgery; (ii) age ≥ 65 years; (iii) ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) class I-III.

排除标准：

①患有精神疾病不能配合；②有麻醉药物过敏史；③凝血功能异常；④严重心脑血管疾病史；⑤TEAS部位肿胀、感染或破溃；⑥拒绝签署同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

① Suffering from mental illness unable to cooperate; ② History of allergy to anaesthetic drugs; ③ Abnormal coagulation function; ④ History of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ⑤ Swelling, infection or rupture of the TEAS site; ⑥ Refusal to sign the consent form.

盲法：

非揿针患者与揿针患者在相同耳穴部位贴有同样颜色和大小的胶布，非TEAS患者与TEAS患者均进行刺激，但非TEAS患者无电流刺激。麻醉医师和随访者不知晓分组。

Blinding：

Non-snap-needle patients and snap-needle patients had the same coloured and sized adhesive tapes applied to the same auricular sites, and both non-TEAS patients and TEAS patients were stimulated, but there was no current stimulation in the non-TEAS patients. The anaesthetist and the followers were not aware of the grouping.
