研究目的：

1. 通过对精神分裂症患者组、对照组的代谢指标、血清甲状腺激素水平等进行组间比较，探索精神分裂症患者伴与不伴代谢异常时甲状腺激素水平的特征，有助于患者在早期诊断评估时尽早关注可能发生的代谢异常风险，并进行早期干预。 2. 通过对精神分裂症患者的代谢指标、血清甲状腺激素水平、精神症状的相关及回归分析，探究甲状腺激素水平、代谢异常在影响患者精神症状中起的单独及联合作用，为探索精神分裂症患者病情监测和治疗效果评价的客观指标提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By comparing metabolic indicators and serum thyroid hormone levels between the schizophrenia patient group and the control group, exploring the characteristics of thyroid hormone levels in schizophrenia patients with and without metabolic abnormalities, it is helpful for patients to pay early attention to the potential risk of metabolic abnormalities in early diagnosis and evaluation, and to intervene early. 2. Through correlation and regression analysis of metabolic indicators, serum thyroid hormone levels, and psychological symptoms in patients with schizophrenia, this study aims to explore the individual and combined effects of thyroid hormone levels and metabolic abnormalities on the psychological symptoms of patients, providing reference for exploring objective indicators for monitoring the condition of schizophrenia patients and evaluating treatment effectiveness.

纳入标准：

研究组： 1、符合国际疾病分类第十版（ICD-10）关于精神分裂症的诊断标准，使用抗精神病药物治疗至少6个月。 2、年龄为18≥且≤60岁； 3、能够配合入组前的身体检查，理解并配合量表测评、抽取静脉血、代谢指标测量等； 4、自愿参加该项目，并签署知情同意书。 健康对照组： 1、年龄为18≥且≤60岁； 2、能够配合入组前的身体检查，理解并配合量表测评、抽取静脉血、代谢指标测量等； 3、自愿参加该项目，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Research group: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th edition (ICD-10), and is treated with antipsychotic drugs for at least 6 months. 2. Age is 18 ≥ and ≤ 60 years old; 3. Able to cooperate with pre enrollment physical examinations, understand and cooperate with scale assessments, venous blood sampling, metabolic index measurements, etc; 4. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign an informed consent form. Healthy control group: 1. Age is 18 ≥ and ≤ 60 years old; 2. Able to cooperate with pre enrollment physical examinations, understand and cooperate with scale assessments, venous blood sampling, metabolic index measurements, etc; 3. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、意识不清、智能障碍或伴有明显失语者； 2、患有脑器质性疾病或严重躯体疾病者，3个月内经历较大手术者； 3、精神分裂症急性期，严重兴奋、躁动，不能配合研究者； 4、患甲状腺相关疾病者； 5、同时患其它严重精神疾病者，包括但不限于持续伴精神病性症状的抑郁发作，双相情感障碍，急性应激障碍及精神分裂症后抑郁等； 6、正在接受可能影响代谢参数、甲状腺激素水平变化的药物治疗或研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with unclear consciousness, intellectual disabilities, or significant aphasia; 2. Individuals with organic brain diseases or severe physical illnesses, and those who have undergone major surgeries within 3 months; 3. Acute phase of schizophrenia, severe excitement and restlessness, unable to cooperate with researchers; 4. Individuals with thyroid related diseases; 5. Simultaneously suffering from other serious mental illnesses, including but not limited to depressive episodes with persistent psychiatric symptoms, bipolar disorder, acute stress disorder, and post schizophrenia depression; 6. Patients undergoing drug treatment or research that may affect metabolic parameters and changes in thyroid hormone levels;

在重庆市精神卫生中心门诊及住院病房，由两名主治医师以上的精神科医师进行精神分裂症的诊断，按照《2017年中国2型糖尿病防治指南》关于代谢综合征的诊断标准，将符合入组标准的精神分裂症患者分为代谢综合征组、代谢异常临界组及代谢正常组；将从社会招募到符合入组标准的健康受试者分为代谢异常组及代谢正常组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In the outpatient and inpatient wards of Chongqing Mental Health Center, two or more psychiatrists attending the clinic will diagnose schizophrenia. According to the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome in the 2017 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes, patients with schizophrenia who meet the inclusion criteria will be divided into the metabolic syndrome group, the metabolic abnormality critical group and the metabolic normal group; Healthy subjects recruited from society who meet the inclusion criteria will be divided into a metabolic abnormality group and a metabolic normal group.
