研究目的：

通过间羟胺对腰麻后患者围手术期核心体温影响的研究，旨在明确间羟胺在减少腰麻后低体温发生中的作用，为进一步用于产妇低体温的防治提供理论及实践上的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to clarify the role of meta hydroxylamine in reducing the occurrence of postoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing spinal anesthesia, and provide theoretical and practical basis for further prevention and treatment of maternal hypothermia, by investigating the effect of meta hydroxylamine on perioperative core body temperature.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟于腰硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产术； 2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I~II级； 3.年龄＞18岁； 4.单胎足月妊娠（孕周≥37周）； 5.自愿加入试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) willingness to undergo elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; (2)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II; (3) age >18 years; (4) a singleton pregnancy (gestational week≥37 weeks); (5) Voluntarily participated in the trial and signed clinical informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

1.入室时鼓膜温度低于 36.0℃ 或高于 37.5℃； 2.有出凝血障碍，中枢神经系统疾病，脊柱疾病，穿刺点皮肤感染，循环不稳定等腰麻穿刺禁忌症者； 3.术中失血 ≥400mL，手术时间 ≥90min； 4.术前2周内服用影响体温调节药物，妊娠合并糖尿病、高血压或甲状腺功能减退等代谢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)When entering the room, the tympanic membrane temperature is below 36.0 ℃ or above 37.5 ℃; (2) Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia puncture, such as bleeding and coagulation disorders, central nervous system diseases, spinal diseases, skin infection at the puncture point, circulatory instability; (3) Intraoperative blood loss ≥ 400mL, surgery time ≥ 90min; (4) Drugs that affected thermoregulation were administered within two weeks before surgery. Pregnancy is complicated by metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, or hypothyroidism.
