研究目的：

本研究旨在评价湿热调体茶改善湿热体质的功效作用及其不良反应风险。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and risk of adverse reactions of damp heat regulating tea in improving damp heat constitution.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合湿热体质判断标准；
2.签署知情同意并自愿加入临床试验者；
3.年龄18-65岁，不限男女；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the criteria for determining the damp-heat constitution;
2.Signed informed consent and voluntary enrolment in clinical trials;
3.Age 18-65 years, male or female;

排除标准：

1.兼夹其他体质类型者；
2.哺乳期、妊娠期或备孕期妇女；
3.患有严重心脑血管疾病者；恶性肿瘤患者；精神病患者；
4.对试验药物过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other constitution types;
2.Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or preparing for pregnancy;
3.People with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; patients with malignant tumours; psychiatric patients;
4.Allergy to the test drug;

研究者借助SPSS 26.0统计软件生成随机数字，将64例符合入选/排除标准的湿热体质受试者按照1:1 的比例随机分为2组，每组各32人。

The researcher generated random numbers with the help of SPSS 26.0 statistical software and randomly divided 64 subjects with dampness-heat constitution who fulfilled the inclusion/exclusion criteria into 2 groups of 32 each in a ratio of 1:1.
