研究目的：

主要目的为探讨TREM2 在老年患者髋关节置换术后认知功能障碍中的作用及术前运动情况与脑脊液中可溶性TREM2含量的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose was to investigate the role of TREM2 in cognitive dysfunction after hip replacement in elderly patients and the correlation between preoperative exercise and the content of soluble TREM2 in cerebrospinal fluid.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本研究经中国临床试验注册中心审核并获得龙岩市第一医院院伦理委员会批准，所有患者均签署知情同意书。选择2024 年 9 月至 2025 年 1月在龙岩市第一医院择期行单侧全髋关节置换术患者80例，性别不限，年龄60~85岁，体重50~80 kg，ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级，拟行麻醉方法为蛛网膜下隙-硬脊膜外联合阻滞。

Inclusion criteria

? This study was reviewed by the China Clinical Trials Registry and approved by the ethics committee of the Longyan First Hospital School, and all patients gave informed consent.80 elective patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty at Longyan First Hospital between July, 2024, and July, 2025, who were non-women, aged 60-85 years, weighed 50-80 kg, had ASA class I-III, and underwent anesthesia with subarachnoid-epidural joint block were selected.

排除标准：

1、术前简易精神状态量表（MMSE）＜24 分；2、严重神经疾病或精神疾病病史， 如：阿尔茨海默症、帕金森综合征、脑血管意外等； 3、吸毒或精神性药物滥用，长 期服用类固醇类药物、激素药物； 4、术前合并Ⅲ-Ⅳ期肝性脑病； 5、近期有重大手术史； 6、严重视力和听力障碍； 7、术前凝血功能异常，禁忌行蛛网膜下隙-硬脊膜外联合阻滞者； 8、患者或者家属无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. preoperative Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE) score <24 2. history of severe neurological or psychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, cerebrovascular accidents, etc. 3. drug or substance abuse with long-term steroids or hormones 4. preoperative combined stage III-IV hepatic encephalopathy 5. recent history of major surgery 6. severe visual and hearing impairment 7. preoperative coagulopathy, contraindicated by subarachnoid-epidural joint blockade 8. patients or family unable to cooperate.
