研究目的：

结合TTM-PMT-HAPA 整合行为理论框架开发一个个性化严肃游戏戒烟小程序帮助戒烟，并设计一个基于企业的整群随机对照试验验证它的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

This protocol aims to develop a personalized Serious Game Applet based on TTM-PMT-HAPA theoretical framework and verify its superiority over ordinary SMS push.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选标准： a.现在吸烟者。 b.每日吸烟量≥10支，吸烟年龄≥5岁。 b.年龄18-45岁。 c.呼气一氧化碳指数≥6 ppm。 e.自愿签署知情同意书。 f.拥有移动电子设备（可以运行戒烟严肃游戏小程序）。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Current smoker. b. Daily smoking volume ≥10 cigarettes, and smoking age ≥5 years(we require participants to be daily smokers to exclude smokers who are more likely to quit). b. Age 18-45 years old. c. Exhalation carbon monoxide index ≥6 ppm. e. Sign informed consent voluntarily. f. Have a mobile electronic device (can run the smoking cessation Serious Game Applet).

排除标准：

排除标准： a.严重的肝、肺功能障碍。 b.在1年内接受其他戒烟干预。 c.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。 d.患有严重的心、肺、脑或血液系统疾病。 e.其他疾病或状况（精神疾病、视力障碍、行动障碍等）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: a. Severe liver and lung dysfunction. b. Received other smoking cessation interventions within 1 year. c. Pregnant or lactating women. d. Suffering from serious diseases of the heart, lung, brain or blood system. e. Other diseases or conditions (mental illness, visual impairment, mobility impairment, etc.).
