研究目的:

1.用CD31-PAS双重染色方法评估胶质瘤中血管生成拟态现象。 2.研究胶质瘤中血管生成拟态的存在和数量与患者年龄、性别、病理分级、分子诊断、复发、肿瘤大小、生存期等临床病理特征的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Evaluate the presence of vasculogenic mimicry in gliomas by CD31-PAS double staining; 2. Correlate the presence and counts of vasculogenic mimicry with the clinicopathologic features as age, sex, pathological grade, molecular diagnosis, recurrence, tumor size and survival in glioma.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥18岁且≤80岁;
2.原发的单发脑胶质瘤。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years and <= 80 years;
2. Primary single brain gliomas.

排除标准:

1.切除的胶质瘤之外的脑肿瘤组织;
2.临床资料不完整;
3.脊髓胶质瘤;
4.研究人员认为不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Resected brain tumors other than gliomas;
2. Incomplete clinical informations;
3. Spinal cord glioma;
4. Other conditions that researchers consider inappropriate.
