研究目的：

本研究试图探讨从新型分子标志物层面，研究cGP/IGF-1对否可以作为预测2型糖尿病的新型指标，为T2DM早期预测、早诊断、分子靶向治疗及防控并发症提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we attempted to investigate whether the pair of cGP/IGF-1 can be used as a novel indicator for predicting type 2 diabetes mellitus at the level of novel molecular markers, which can provide a theoretical basis for early prediction and diagnosis of T2DM, molecularly targeted therapy, and prevention and control of complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 符合世界卫生组(WHIO)1999年的2型糖尿病诊断标准的糖尿病病人; b.年龄18-70岁； c.依从性良好； d.如同时口服其他药物，临床期间建议用药情况维持稳定、不随意变更； e.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a. Diabetic patients who meet the World Health Organization (WHIO) 1999 diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes. b. Age 18-70 years; c. Good compliance; d. If other drugs are taken orally at the same time, it is recommended that the medication be maintained stable and not changed arbitrarily during the clinical period; e. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

a.自身免疫性疾病者： b.严重感染、手术、外伤、营养不良者： c.甲状腺功能异常者： d.合并2型糖尿病的急性并发症酮症酸中毒DKA 或者高渗性非酮症昏迷者； e.认知功能障碍者： g.孕如及哺乳期者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. For autoimmune diseases: b. Severe infection, surgery, trauma, malnutrition: c. Abnormal thyroid function: d. Ketoacidosis DKA or hyperosmolar non-ketotic comas with acute complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus; e. People with cognitive disabilities: g. Pregnant and lactating persons.
