研究目的：

探究以“呼吸功能恢复窗”为切换点行有创与无创序贯机械通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的安全性与有效性，优化成人急性呼吸衰竭患者撤机方案。缩短有创通气时间，降低呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）和ICU获得性肌无力发生风险，降低患者医疗费用，提高医疗资源利用效率。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the safety and effectiveness of invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation using the "respiratory function recovery window" as the switching point for the treatment of acute respiratory failure, and optimize the weaning plan for adult acute respiratory failure patients. Shorten invasive ventilation time, reduce the risk of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and ICU acquired muscle weakness, reduce patient medical expenses, and improve the efficiency of medical resource utilization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-80岁；发生急性呼吸衰竭后，经有创机械通气治疗超过24小时，且预计有创机械通气时间≥2天。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-80 years old; After the occurrence of acute respiratory failure, invasive mechanical ventilation treatment has been carried out for more than 24 hours, and the expected duration of invasive mechanical ventilation is ≥ 2 days.

排除标准：

严重心、脑、肝、肾功能衰竭；严重营养不良；肿瘤晚期；气管切开；上气道或鼻面部损伤致不能佩戴鼻（面）罩；不能配合无创机械通气。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe heart, brain, liver, and kidney failure; Severe malnutrition; advanced tumor; tracheostomy; Inability to wear a nasal mask due to upper airway or facial injury; Unable to cooperate with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
