本课题希望通过本次研究筛选出更简便、经济的方式改善SHPT病人的肾性骨病并为其后续治疗提供保障。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to screen for a more convenient and economical way to improve renal bone disease in SHPT patients and provide assurance for their subsequent treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄在 18-60 岁之间，男女不限； 2）长期在血液净化中心透析治疗，3次/周，3.5～4h/次； 3）入选前心肺功能相对稳定，无合并重症感染及恶性肿瘤，意识清楚，具有听、说、回答问题的能力； 4）已签署知情同意书，愿意长期配合治疗和研究； 5）经骨密度检查确定发生骨质疏松的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Between the ages of 18 and 60, regardless of gender;
2) Long term dialysis treatment at a blood purification center, 3 times per week, 3.5-4h per time;
3) Before being selected, the cardiovascular and pulmonary functions were relatively stable, without severe infections or malignant tumors, with clear awareness and the ability to listen, speak, and answer questions;
4) I have signed an informed consent form and am willing to cooperate with treatment and research for a long time;
5) Patients diagnosed with osteoporosis through bone density examination.

排除标准：

1）血液透析时间＜3个月。 2）血压异常：严重的高血压（如血压超过180/110mmHg），或低血压（＜90/60mmHg）； 3）心肺疾病：严重的心力衰竭、心律失常，急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛，重度心包积液、瓣膜狭窄，肥厚性心肌病，主动脉夹层等，未控制的肺动脉高压（肺动脉平均压＞55mmHg）；其他可能因运动而加重的情况（例如，静息收缩压＞200mmHg或静息舒张压＞110mmHg；活动性或疑似心肌炎或心包炎；疑似或已知的夹层动脉瘤；血栓性静脉炎和近期系统性或肺栓塞）。 4）急性临床事件：急性全身炎症性疾病； 5）深静脉血栓的症状，如小腿不正常的水肿、发红和疼痛时要暂缓或停止运动； 6）透析期间体质量增加过多，严重影响体液潴留指数，如血压大于160/100mmHg；心率大于100次／min；休息时呼吸困难；或明显的周围水肿。 7）糖尿病患者血糖在16.7mmol／L以上，且患者处于酮症（果味、呼吸急促或气短、过多）。 8）有不能配合运动的疾病如骨关节病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Hemodialysis time<3 months. 2) Abnormal blood pressure: severe hypertension (such as blood pressure exceeding 180/110mmHg), or hypotension (<90/60mmHg);
3) Cardiopulmonary diseases: severe heart failure, arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe pericardial effusion, valve stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic dissection, etc., uncontrolled pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure>55mmHg);
1.Other conditions that may worsen due to exercise (such as resting systolic blood pressure>200mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg;
2.active or suspected myocarditis or pericarditis;
3.suspected or known aortic dissection;
4.thrombophlebitis and recent systemic or pulmonary embolism). 4) Acute clinical event: acute systemic inflammatory disease;
5) The symptoms of deep vein thrombosis, such as abnormal swelling, redness, and pain in the calf, should be temporarily suspended or stopped from movement;
6) The body mass increased too much during dialysis, which seriously affected the fluid retention index, such as blood pressure greater than 160/100mmHg;
5.Heart rate greater than 100 beats per minute;
6.Difficulty breathing during rest;
7.Or obvious peripheral edema. 7) The blood sugar of diabetes patients is more than 16.7mmol/L, and the patients are in ketosis (fruity taste, shortness of breath or hyperventilation). 8) Diseases that cannot be coordinated with exercise, such as osteoarthritis.
