研究目的：

分析甲状腺癌机器人与开放手术治疗对患者近远期安全性（相关并发症、复发率、生存率等）、社会经济效益等方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the differences in short-term and long-term safety (related complications, recurrence rate, survival rate, etc.) and socioeconomic benefits between robotic and open surgery for thyroid cancer.

纳入标准：

经穿刺活检后病理确诊为甲状腺癌，并于我科进行机器人或者开放甲状腺癌根治手术治疗的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were pathologically diagnosed with thyroid cancer after needle biopsy and underwent robotic or open radical surgery for thyroid cancer in our department were enrolled

排除标准：

诊断不明确的病例或者未进行手术治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with uncertain diagnosis or without surgical treatment
