Objectives of Study：

Studying the correlation between bronchopulmonary dysplasia in newborns and the lung and gut microbiota

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 本院分娩的新生儿，出生体重<1500g、胎龄<32周; 2. 生后24小时内入院，围产期资料完整； 3. 生后7天内仍需机械通气、住院时间>28天; 4. 征得患儿家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Newborns delivered in our hospital, with a birth weight <1500g and gestational age <32 weeks; 2. Admitted within 24 hours after birth, complete perinatal data available; 3. Still requiring mechanical ventilation within 7 days after birth, hospital stay >28 days; 4. Informed consent obtained from the patient's family.

排除标准：

1. 临床资料不完整者； 2. 染色体异常、遗传代谢性疾病； 3. 入院积极抢救治疗数小时之内死亡者; 4. 先天性呼吸道畸形; 5. 隔疝; 6. 复杂先天性心脏病者(除外动脉导管未闭); 7. 先天性消化系统疾病、住院期间发生消化道穿孔、行手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with incomplete clinical data; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities, genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Patients who died within a few hours of aggressive resuscitation after admission; 4. Congenital respiratory tract malformations; 5. Diaphragmatic hernia; 6. Patients with complex congenital heart disease (excluding patent ductus arteriosus); 7. Congenital digestive system diseases, those who developed gastrointestinal perforation during hospitalization and underwent surgery.
